We do NOT sell hazmat smoke bombs anymore - All smoke bombs on the site are classified as novelties and not regulated when transported.

Cancellations will have a fee. You can only only cancel orders that have not had the shipping label printed. 

  • We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday. 
  • Orders can be delivered Monday - Friday and Saturdays in some areas.
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the package leaves our facility. Customers are responsible for any charges that incur due to incorrect addresses. The customer can also call the carrier with their tracking information to request any holds or changes.
  • REFUSED packages are ineligible for any sort of refund.
  • Due to the nature of the products, orders with smoke bombs cannot be delivered to a FedEx retail center (i.e. Walgreens, Shipping Stores, etc.)
  • Cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If you place an order with a P.O. Box as the address, someone from our team will contact you to get a new shipping address. 
  • No cancellations or order changes may be made after the order has shipped.

Smoke Bomb Product Transit & Handling Policy

By purchasing products from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Our smoke bombs contain a specialized smoke-producing powder. Due to the nature of this material and the normal vibration, sorting, transportation, and handling that occur during shipping, a small amount of powder residue or minor leakage may be present upon delivery.

Minor powder residue or leakage is a normal and expected condition when shipping products containing fine smoke-generating powder. Such residue does not indicate that the product is defective, damaged, unsafe, or unusable.

A small amount of escaped powder does not affect the intended performance of the smoke bomb, including its ignition, burn characteristics, smoke output, or overall functionality. The product remains suitable for its intended use. A damp rag will clean it off easily. If you want to make sure the color of gender reveal smokes remains hidden, don't have the expectant parent or anyone you don't want knowing the color be the person that opens the package in case some powder has leaked out onto a smoke bomb. 

Customers acknowledge that slight powder residue on the exterior of individual smoke bombs, within protective packaging, or inside the shipping carton is not considered product damage, a manufacturing defect, or a material deviation from the product purchased.

Because minor powder residue is an expected characteristic of shipping smoke-generating products, it does not qualify as a basis for a refund, replacement, chargeback, or claim that the product was not as described. 

If a shipment arrives with substantial physical damage that materially affects the usability of the product, customers must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs for review.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these conditions and acknowledges that minor powder residue or leakage during transit is normal and does not affect product performance.

We do NOT accept returns of any kind, no exceptions. Please never attempt to ship anything to us.
