There are possible delays with all carriers due to Covid-19 up to 1-2 business days. This is less and less common, but still a possibility that needs to be factored in when ordering. We will post all updates concerning Covid-19 here as they unfold. 

In Store Pick Up:

We are now offering in store pick ups for local Utah residents. We are located in Orem, Utah. There are no shipping charges for local pick up. If this is an option of interest for you, please proceed with your order online and you will be directed through the checkout process with Local Pickup being an option on the delivery page. 

Our store is open Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Shipping Policies:

Smoke Balls and Sparklers must be shipped via UPS Ground. Any items shipped back to us Via USPS are not eligible for a refund.

Smoke Bombs Must be shipped using HAZMAT Shipping. They are considered pyrotechnic devices by the USDOT and must be packaged and handled in accordance with strict guidelines set by the Department of Transportation. The price is in place by USDOT and not something we can control. 

Signature is required at the time of delivery for all Hazmat FedEx shipments. Please factor this in when you are tracking your order.

  • Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on location. Days calculated at checkout are an estimate, not a guarantee. We ship from Utah.
  • We are unable to expedite shipping in any way. Options at checkout are the only options.
  • All orders placed before 12 PM MST will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship out orders on Saturday or Sunday. 
  • Orders can be delivered Monday - Friday and Saturdays in some areas. No Sunday deliveries. 
  • Add 1 Business day for processing (packaging and pick up).
  • Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the package leaves our facility. Customers are responsible for any charges that incur due to incorrect addresses. The customer can also call the carrier with their tracking information to request any holds or changes.
  • REFUSED packages are ineligible for any sort of refund.
  • For Smoke Bombs: FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, they will hold the package for 5 business days for pick up. After that the package will be returned to us. At that point, you will be refunded for the product, minus a 15% restocking fee as well as original shipping costs, as well as the cost to have it returned to us. This can sometimes be over the cost of the entire order, resulting in no refund.
  • Due to the nature of the products, orders with smoke bombs cannot be delivered to a FedEx retail center (i.e. Walgreens, Shipping Stores, etc.)
  • Smoke Bombs are shipped ground via Hazmat Courier, therefore cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Only to the lower 48.
  • Hazmat items cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. If you place an order with a P.O. Box as the address, someone from our team will contact you to get a new shipping address. Order will not be processed until we have a verified address. 
  • No cancellations or order changes may be made after the order has shipped.
