Smoke Bombs must be shipped via special Hazmat Courier. Therefore we cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on our smoke bomb products. If you should need any assistance with your order, please feel free to contact our support team at Info@SmokeEffect.com. Place your Order # in the subject line followed by a brief description so our team can best assist you.
For any issues with the Smoke Bombs, please include photo or video proof for our claims department. They cannot process refunds for faulty products without some sort of proof, as well as a description of what happened. We are in constant communication with the manufacturer, and any evidence of duds or malfunctions are sent directly to them for assessment.
If for whatever reason you choose you would like to return or exchange your item, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Upon arrival, our team will inspect the product to verify it is in excellent condition and can be restocked. There will be a 15% restocking fee, afterwards you will be refunded for the initial cost of the product, minus shipping and the restocking fee. We do not pay for the items to be shipped back to us.

After 30 days we no longer process any type of refunds
