Smoke Bombs
Smoke Bombs must be shipped via special Hazmat Courier, they are classified as hazardous materials by the Federal Government and hazmat pricing is set by Fedex Hazmat Shipping Department.
Because these are classified as Hazmat items we cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on our ring pull smoke bomb products (or any products classified as hazmat).
We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided - pictures, video, etc. We are in constant communication with the manufacturer, and any evidence of duds or malfunctions are sent directly to them for assessment. It is obvious when a smoke bomb was pulled incorrectly, so be sure to read the instructions on how to ignite them.
If you are having trouble with the delivery of your order, please first contact Fedex at 1-800-463-3339 with your tracking number. Once your package leaves our site we do not have control over the package any longer.

Non-Hazmat Items (Wick activated smoke bombs)
If for whatever reason you choose you would like to return your items, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us, these items must be shipped ground delivery only (not USPS).
Upon arrival, our team will inspect the product to verify it is in excellent condition and can be restocked. There will be a 15% restocking fee, afterwards you will be refunded for the initial cost of the product, minus shipping and the restocking fee. We do not pay for the items to be shipped back to us.
