Smoke Effect Returns

Because these are classified novelties we cannot accept ANY returns or exchanges on any smoke products.

If you got a faulty smoke bomb that was a dud we will happily refund you the full cost of that item. They have a fail rate of less than 1% so we are confident that they will work. 

We do request proof of the faulty unit be provided - pictures, video, etc. We are in constant communication with the manufacturer, and any evidence of duds or malfunctions are sent directly to them for assessment. It is obvious when a smoke bomb was pulled incorrectly, so be sure to read the instructions on how to ignite them. 

Cancellations are only allowed if the shipping label hasn't been printed. There is a small fee still applied to ALL cancellations. We are charged a processing fee that is non-refundable.

These are shipped via UPS and cannot ship via USPS. Check UPS for any tracking issues. 

We DON’T accept returns of any kinds, please never attempt to mail a smoke effect to us.

If we messed up on your order, we can always send more to you but we do not want you sending us anything because these require special shipping.

If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at Info@SmokeEffect.com with your order number and details of your request. Please read below before claiming that your package didn't arrive within the quoted time. Please count the business days correctly!

If you order after the cutoff time of 1pm Mountain Time, your order will not ship out until the next day, so you need to add another business day to the shipping time frame. An order placed at 4pm on Friday will not be picked up by UPS until the following Monday, making Tuesday the first business day for shipping. So if you select 4 day shipping on an order place Friday at 4pm, you will receive the item on the following Friday. Don't procrastinate you ordering date, give yourself plenty of time to get the item on time! 

Need an order by Saturday? Then you need to order before Monday at 1pm and select 4 day shipping in order for it arrive on time. 

We do NOT sell hazmat smoke bombs anymore - All smoke bombs on the site are classified as novelties and not regulated when transported.
