Best brand of smoke
I have used a few other brands and these ones have been the best bang for buck I have found. Love them for Halloween spooky photo shoots.

to Smoke

Dear Smoke Effect family,

I received my package just fine, but I must say, this is the second time I've ordered from you guys, and had to sign for my package. I forgot what I went through, the first time, so memories were flooding me again, this time. When the delivery driver sounded like he was panicking. He says to me, "Thank God you are home." (I think this was because I missed the package yesterday.) "You just got to get this off my hands, because I've been worried about this all day. What do you got in there? Shotgun shells?" Knowing the sticks were long, this statement tells me that the Fedex driver at least x-rayed the package to see the smoke sticks. So they knew it was around the size of a shotgun shell, if not bigger. But, my dumbass says, "No, their grenades!" With a big old shit eating grin on my face. LOL! The guy looks even more worried when I overhear a voice on his phone. So I'm pretty sure he had dispatch on the line or something. This guy seemed really worried. So I slowly stated, "They are colored smoke sticks. You pull a cord and color smoke comes out for 90 seconds. They are for photography. I'm shooting some witches for halloween. Which seemed to make him feel better to the point where he says, "Oh cool. For Halloween."

In summary, I think you guys need to re-label your shipping packages a little differently. I know there's a $35 hazard fee for shipping, But since this is the second time I've had a nervous shipping driver at my door, you may need to get a label that states "contents is fragile, flammable, but not life threatening." LOL! Or a sticker advertising your business so the driver's stop thinking I'm a militia crazy, even though, now that I've ordered through you twice, I may have a file open on me through the FBI, somewhere. ROTFL!

Product not received
I placed an order Oct 2. Package was to be delivered Oct 8 however I went into labor and was in the hospital. No one was home to sign for the package and it was sent back to the shipper. I have gone back and forth for weeks with someone who doesn’t sign their email and finally issued a refund for half of the cost I initially paid. They are unprofessional and unhelpful.
